Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Laundry Tech to support hospital environmental services by ensuring a steady supply of clean linens for patient care areas. You will collect, sort, transport, and process linens, contributing to infection prevention and staff efficiency.

Working with clinical and support staff, you will maintain an organized linen supply system, follow infection prevention practices, and document deliveries to support inventory control and hospital readiness.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospital or healthcare laundry experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, detail oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of infection control standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and transport soiled linens from patient care units following infection control procedures.
• Sort, load, and process linens through washing, drying, and finishing equipment.
• Deliver clean linens to units and rotate stock to maintain inventory.
• Inspect linens for damage or contamination and remove from circulation as needed.
• Document linen quantities, deliveries, and usage for inventory control.
