Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Lead Worker for linens to supervise the linens crew and oversee dry cleaning and linen duties under the supervisor. The role ensures daily folding, sorting, labeling, and movement of linens to loading docks, dormitories, and staging areas, while complying with contract and customer service standards for FBI/DEA clients and students.

The candidate should have at least 1 year custodial experience and 2 years in dry cleaning or related fields, with a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year custodial experience required.
• 2 years dry cleaning, laundry, or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate linen cleaning schedules to meet goals.
• Train staff in linen service and dry-cleaning procedures.
• Secure designated locations, equipment, and linen.
• Open, close, lock, and unlock facilities as needed.
• Maintain records of completed work.
• Assist with laundry bin collection and distribution.
• Provide backup shuttle/onsite logistics support.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
