Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. seeks a Lead Worker - LinensApply in Quantico, VA to supervise linen crews and oversee dry-cleaning and linen duties under the Supervisor’s direction.

You will coordinate schedules, train staff, secure locations and equipment, and maintain accurate records. FBI/DEA clearance is required; prior custodial/dry-cleaning experience is valued, with a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain a Tier 5 FBI Security Clearance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year custodial experience required.
• Two years dry cleaning, laundry or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to linens crew and manage full range of dry cleaning and linens duties.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules to meet short and long-term goals.
• Train staff in linen service and dry-cleaning procedures and equipment usage.
• Secure designated locations, equipment, supply and linen; open/close facilities as needed.
• Keep records of work completed and assist with transportation/logistics as required.
