Job summary

Yona Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a Laundry Aide to support residents and staff with clean, fresh linens and clothing. No prior experience is required, but preferred. You will operate washers and dryers, sort, fold, and deliver laundry, and help maintain a neat, safe laundry area for the facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
• Laundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts.
• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sort and load soiled linen into washers and loads of clean linen into dryers.
• Fold clean, dry linen and place into clean carts.
• Keep accurate records of linen inventory.
• Wash, dry, fold and distribute customer clothing.
• Maintain equipment and laundry areas; keep areas neat and safe.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Notify supervisor of supply needs and deliver laundry as specified.
