Yona Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Laundry Aide to support our residents and team. No prior experience required, though laundry experience is a plus. You will operate commercial washers and dryers, sort and transport linen, fold and distribute clean items, and keep accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Able to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals, solutions, etc.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well with residents and personnel.
• Laundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport soiled and clean linen, including carts.
• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sort and load soiled linen into washers and load clean, wet linens into dryers.
• Fold clean, dry linen and place into carts.
• Keep accurate records of linen inventory.
• Wash, dry, fold and distribute customer clothing.
• Maintain equipment and the laundry areas, keeping them neat, safe, and orderly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Check stock and notify supervisor of supply needs.
• Deliver laundry as specified.
• Put customer service first by ensuring high-quality service in a caring atmosphere.
