Social Row Transitional Care in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to perform day-to-day laundry and housekeeping tasks in accordance with facility standards. You will ensure an adequate supply of linen for residents and maintain a clean, safe environment.

You will sort and wash soiled items, fold and distribute clean laundry daily, and assist with trash disposal. Applicants should be punctual, self-motivated, and able to lift and move items up to 20 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess competency in laundry and housekeeping.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adequate supply of laundry/linen to meet residents' needs.
• Sort and wash soiled laundry, linen, garments, etc.
• Fold, count, stack, hang and distribute clean laundry to residents daily.
• Keep walls, ceilings and floors clean by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing.
• Remove dirt, dust, grease or film from equipment using cleaning solutions.
• Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacles.
• Turn in all found articles to supervisors.
