Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Laundry Worker to help maintain clean linens and garments in a long-term care facility. You will operate laundry equipment, follow infection control guidelines, and interact positively with residents and staff.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure quality service across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
