Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Laundry Attendant in Las Vegas. You will work with the Housekeeping team in the commercial laundry facility, handling linens, sorting, inspecting, and storing to meet the hotel’s laundry needs. You may also assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces as required.

The role prioritizes guest satisfaction, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork across shifts. Morning/evening/weekend availability is expected to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Some previous commercial laundry experience preferred.
• Previous background from the extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions according to G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Receive soiled items and sort by kind, color and soil level.
• Inspect laundry and linen and record damaged or stained items.
• Operate washers and dryers per hotel standards.
