Job summary

Qualifications

• One year’s work experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs general laundry and housekeeping duties to keep the center sanitary and safe.
• Coordinates inventories of clothing and personal items with new residents and marks items.
• Operates washers and dryers; prepares articles for washing and ensures proper sanitation.
• Coordinates cleaning procedures and replenishes cleaning products as required.
• Works with residents and staff to address laundry service requests and infection prevention.
