Job summary

Mesa Hills Post Acute is seeking a General Laundry & Housekeeping Aide to provide quality laundry service and maintain a sanitary, odor‑free nursing home. You will handle linen supplies, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver items to resident rooms while following all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications include a GED or High School Diploma and 1 year of experience preferred. You must be able to read and follow directions, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Make available a quantity of clean linen for proper care of residents.
• Maintain linen in good repair and remove linens with holes or stains.
• Sort, treat, wash, dry and fold clothing and linens.
• Deliver clean laundry items to resident rooms.
• Follow all sanitary processes and procedures related to laundry duties.
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies.
