Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Laundry Aide in Charlotte, NC to transfer wet linens to dryers and ensure timely delivery of clean linens to residents. The role maintains the laundry area, follows safety standards, and reports equipment issues to supervision.

Previous experience in institutional laundry preferred, with ability to lift 70 lbs and operate commercial laundry machines. The position falls under Housekeeping, with benefits including 403b, daily pay, bonuses, and holiday pay.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment is preferred.
• Good manual dexterity and motor skills.
• Must be able to lift 10-70lbs and push/pull heavy carts.

Responsabilidades

• Transfers wet linens to dryers and sets dryer to correct temperature.
• Delivers clean linens to linen room and residents' rooms timely.
• Maintains accurate resident names and room numbers for delivery.
• Maintains cleanliness of laundry room, carts, and assigned area.
• Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor promptly.
