The Linens Grader ensures the production area is clean and safe, while maintaining a professional appearance.

Candidates should have knowledge of retail or stock handling, the ability to stand for long periods, and be fluent in English. Previous experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated linen and place non-sellable items into outlet containers.
• Grade merchandise based on brand & condition.
• Rotate merchandise using Goodwill’s four-color process.
• Maintain a clean and safe production area.
• Follow dress code and maintain appearance.
