Job summary

The role includes delivering clean linen, collecting soiled linen, recording inventories, and maintaining an orderly linen room.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen, recording inventories and par levels according to Crown policies.
• Answer customer calls for service, document the issue, and resolve requests professionally.
• Observe, record, and report linen abuse and poor utilization to the LDM.
• Manage and monitor linen inventory levels and replenish as needed.
• Inventory exchange carts and build back to prescribed par levels; transport carts safely.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to the soiled storage area.
• Maintain the linen room in a neat and orderly condition.
• Complete any other duties as assigned and work with both clean and soiled linen as required.
