You will work under the Linen Distribution Manager, handle customer calls, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a clean, organized linen room.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to soiled storage.
• Record inventories and quantities using tablets or order sheets.
• Maintain the linen room and storage areas in a neat, orderly condition.
• Answer customer calls for service and respond per Crown policies.
• Observe and report linen abuse or poor utilization.
• Manage linen inventory levels and replenish as needed.
• Transport carts safely to designated areas.
