• Take direction from the Linen Distribution Manager and complete duties safely and efficiently.
• Deliver clean linen, collect soiled linen, and record inventories and par levels.
• Receive customer service calls and respond to requests per Crown policies.
• Observe and report linen abuse and poor utilization to the LDM.
• Inventory exchange carts and transport to designated areas safely.
• Inventory top-off carts and restore to prescribed par levels.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to soiled storage areas.
• Maintain the linen room in a neat and orderly fashion.
