Job summary

Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, located at 100 Grand Traverse Village Blvd in Acme, Michigan, is seeking a Linen Porter to ensure timely delivery and collection of clean and soiled linens across the resort. You will closely coordinate with Housekeeping, Health Club, Spa, and other departments to stock towels and linens daily.

The role requires 21+ with a valid Michigan chauffeur’s license, strong customer service, and meticulous inventory practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Michigan chauffeur’s license and insurable through GTRS policy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload linens, maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Assist inventory at departments and at laundry facility.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and report issues to Laundry Manager.
• Support sorting, ironing and other laundry tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE; follow uniform standards.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
