Job summary

Texas Western International is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to support hotel operations by sorting, washing, drying and folding linens to meet quality standards.

You will inspect items for damage, report issues, assist in daily linen counts, operate washers and dryers per manufacturer guidelines, and respond promptly to guest requests with a professional image while following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sorts all linens by kind, color and degree of soil.
• Inspects all laundry and linens and records damaged or stained items.
• Operates washers and dryers according to capacity and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensures chemicals are added in correct quantities before wash cycles.
• Folds clean linens and stores appropriately.
• Assists in daily linen count for monthly inventories.
• Informs supervisor of malfunctioning equipment.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follows up for guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
