Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring Laundry Attendants to support our Heart of the House team. You will ensure linen meets high standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the laundry area.

Responsibilities include operating washers/dryers, sorting and inspecting linens, loading cycles, folding, tracking usage, delivering to housekeeping, and adhering to safety. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
