Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Delivery, warehouse, housekeeping, hospitality, or laundry experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move linen bundles up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to count, label, and organize linen bundles with minimal errors.
• Ability to follow established processes and maintain consistency.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Clearly label all linen bundles before loading.
• Load linens into company vehicles for scheduled deliveries.
• Organize bundles to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Verify all bundle counts before loading to ensure zero miscounts.
• Deliver linen bundles to designated properties.
• Verify correct quantities at each stop.
• Maintain an organized delivery vehicle throughout the route.
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure each property receives the correct linen bundles.
• Double-check deliveries for accuracy before leaving each property.
• Report any inventory shortages or issues.
• Complete any remaining linen deliveries.
• Pick up dirty linens from completed guest stays.
• Keep dirty and clean linens separated and organized.
• Finish any outstanding linen pickups.
• Return linens to the designated processing location.
• Organize inventory in preparation for the upcoming week.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Linen Attendant plays an essential role in ensuring our vacation homes are stocked with clean, organized, and guest-ready linens each week. This position is responsible for packing, delivering, and picking up linen bundles while maintaining organization and presentation standards.

This role follows a consistent weekly schedule with flexible hours based on workload. Accuracy is essential in this position. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in correctly counting, labeling, and preparing linen bundles so every property receives exactly what it needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clearly label all linen bundles before loading.

Load linens into company vehicles for scheduled deliveries.

Organize bundles to ensure efficient deliveries.

Verify all bundle counts before loading to ensure zero miscounts.

Deliver linen bundles to designated properties.

Verify correct quantities at each stop.

Maintain an organized delivery vehicle throughout the route.

Communicate any inventory discrepancies immediately.

Ensure each property receives the correct linen bundles.

Double-check deliveries for accuracy before leaving each property.

Report any inventory shortages or issues.

Saturday – Remaining Deliveries & Pickups

Complete any remaining linen deliveries.

Pick up dirty linens from completed guest stays.

Keep dirty and clean linens separated and organized.

Sunday Morning – Remaining Pickups

Finish any outstanding linen pickups.

Return linens to the designated processing location.

Organize inventory in preparation for the upcoming week.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous delivery, warehouse, housekeeping, hospitality, or laundry experience is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift, carry, and move linen bundles weighing up to 30 pounds.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to accurately count, label, and organize linen bundles with minimal errors.

Ability to follow established processes and maintain consistency.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Comfortable working with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation

$15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Part-time

Wednesday evenings, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings

Wednesday: Packing & loading (2–3 hours)

Thursday: Oak Island & Holden Beach deliveries (3–4 hours)

Saturday: Remaining deliveries and linen pickups
