Saber Power Services, a fully integrated electrical power system services firm, is seeking a Lineman Superintendent to lead field operations for transmission and distribution projects. The role requires overseeing crews, coordinating equipment, and maintaining schedules while enforcing safety and quality standards.

Based in Alabama, the position emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment, with travel to project sites and the ability to manage multiple crews and field activities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical transmission and distribution line construction and maintenance with demonstrated leadership.
• Journeyman Lineman certification or equivalent preferred.
• Class A CDL is required or obtainable within 60 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NESC, and electrical safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations for overhead and underground transmission and distribution projects.
• Lead linemen, foremen, apprentices, and subcontractor personnel.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and materials to meet schedules.
• Review drawings and work plans to ensure clear scope and expectations.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed, including fall protection and PPE.
