Compensation

Starting range of $25/hour based on experience, plus a $2000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair fiber/telecom cables and materials, ensuring reliable service
• Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain safe work areas and traffic flow
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Provide guidance to team members
• Travel for storm response as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
• Valid CDL license or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of three years relevant Lineman experience

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Work at heights, in confined spaces, remote locations, and lift up to 55 pounds
• Operate vehicles and heavy machinery
• Occasionally use keyboard and mouse
