Responsibilities

• Install and repair complex fiber/telecom cables and materials, promptly repair any issues to ensure efficient and reliable service
• Safely operate equipment like bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators
• Use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws safely
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow
• Work safely at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
• Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Valid state CDL license or willingness to obtain it
• At least three years of relevant Lineman experience

Physical Requirements & Exposures

• Work with arms above shoulder level, at heights, in confined spaces, and remote locations
• Climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, stand, walk, and lift up to 55 pounds
• Operate vehicles and heavy machinery

Starting range: $25/hour based on experience, plus a $2000 sign-on bonus.
