Job summary

Probst Electric Inc. is seeking driven lineman professionals to join our team as Pre-apprentice to Journeyman. This full-time role requires traveling across the US to install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution and transmission systems.

You will climb poles, string conductors, read plans, and follow safety procedures while contributing to essential utility projects nationwide. CDL and medical card are required; heavy equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and a valid Medical Card.
• Willingness to travel across the United States on a full-time basis.
• Graduate of an accredited line school or have verifiable experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution and transmission systems.
• String wire conductors and cables.
• Climb poles or operate bucket trucks to access equipment.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to determine work activities.
• Adhere to safety practices and procedures.
