Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Lineman to build and maintain telecommunications systems, including aerial and underground facilities, at remote locations. The role requires working outdoors in varying weather, following safety standards, and coordinating with crew members to complete outages, repairs, and upgrades.

Responsibilities include interpreting work orders, climbing structures, installing cables, and using test equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Pre-employment drug test and MVR required.
• Knowledge of telecom line construction practices and materials.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains major cable systems and structures.
• Reads work orders and drawings to plan tasks.
• Performs digging, climbing, and pulling wire/cable as needed.
• Operates power equipment mounted on trucks.
• Dismantles and replaces aerial/underground equipment.
• Responds to emergencies and outages.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Completes daily production reports and prints as-built documents.
