Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation is seeking a Linehaul Driver to move freight between terminals as a full-time employee. You will perform safe operation of commercial motor vehicles and ensure compliance with all regulations.

The role requires a Class A CDL with Hazmat and double/triple endorsements, at least one year of driving experience, and the ability to pass DOT screenings. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A Interstate with Hazmat endorsements and double/triple endorsements.
• Drug screen and DOT physical required.
• One year driving experience required.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Check shipping papers for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records for state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with our company and the public.
• Drive to destination per federal regulations.
• Ensure shipping documentation is available for inspection.
• Hook/unhook trailers and operate landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safe operating condition.
• Fuel trucks and tractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
