Job summary

Lynden- is seeking experienced truck drivers for a Houston, TX to Edmonton, AB route, operating tractor-trailer or straight trucks. You will load/unload and secure cargo, adhere to regulations, and maintain logs and inspections.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, CDL A with HazMat endorsement (and possibly doubles), ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to travel long distances with a 4600 miles/week schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A and hazardous materials endorsement.
• Experience operating tractor-trailer or straight truck.
• Ability to load/unload and secure cargo.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer or straight truck to destinations according to regulations.
• Load and unload cargo as required and ensure load security.
• Maintain logs and vehicle inspections; report hazards and incidents.
