Job Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles
• Check shipping papers for compliance
• Maintain records for compliance with regulations
• Develop and maintain professional relations with the public
• Drive trucks to destinations according to regulations
• Ensure shipping documentation is ready for inspection
• Hook and unhook trailers, including cranking landing gear
• Inspect equipment for defects and safety
• Fuel trucks and tractors
• Perform other related duties as assigned
