Description

Team Fishel, the premier employer in utility construction, is hiring in the Indianapolis, IN area. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking qualified Vacuum Truck Drivers/Operators with a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License). With an 84-year legacy and a strong reputation, Team Fishel continues to expand across the U.S., including Indianapolis. This role supports the Foreman in executing new business contracts and focuses on safely loading and transporting construction equipment and materials. Candidates should have construction experience, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and an accident-free environment. This position involves supporting our Telecom Construction division and offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading team in the industry.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License with Tanker Endorsements; limited travel required.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment physical/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide vacuum services following company policies and procedures.
• Operate hoses, tanks, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Connect hoses for fluid extraction, monitor fluid levels, and ensure compliance with legal hauling limits.
• Document all work accurately as per policy.
• Maintain vehicle logs, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensure vehicle maintenance.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Project a professional and positive company image.

Prior construction industry experience and bilingual skills are considered a plus.
