Compensation:

The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.75 per hour.

Shift / Schedule:

Monday- 7:00am to 3:30pm

Tuesday- OFF

Wednesday- OFF

Thursday- 11:30am to 8:00pm

Friday- 11:30am to 8:00pm

Saturday- 3:30pm to midnight

Sunday- 9:00am to 5:30pm

(Assigned shifts will vary and hours are subject to change depending on business needs.)

• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues


• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department


• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry


• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet

• You are proficient in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• You demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills.

The hourly rate range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base hourly rate offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
