OnTrac Linehaul Dispatch Specialist in Charlotte is a pivotal role for our growing logistics team. You will handle administrative duties, fleet coordination, and problem-solving to keep shipments moving efficiently.

The position requires a High School Diploma and at least two years of clerical experience, with fleet exposure preferred. Night shift: Saturday through Wednesday, with variable hours based on business needs.

• Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience; fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.50 per hour.

Shifts / Schedule

Saturday through Wednesday from 12:30am to 9:00am

• (Assigned shifts will vary and hours are subject to change depending on business needs.)

• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet
