Job summary

OnTrac in Orlando is seeking a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist to join our logistics team. The role focuses on coordinating linehaul movements, scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery for our e-commerce customers.

You will work Sun-Wed 2pm-12:30am, with an hourly wage of $21 and a comprehensive benefits package. A minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
• Daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department.
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet.
