Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for remote work (EST). The role involves coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers, vendors, and customers, and ensuring timely delivery. Shift: 8:00pm-6:00am (TWTF).

Pay: $22-$26 per hour, experience-based. The company emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, scheduling pickups, tracking air waybills and flights, and resolving delays to maintain swift, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email to respond to inquiries and review shipment documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, pickups, and deliveries to align with customer and vendor requirements.
• Monitor active shipments and track driver updates in the operations platform.
• Develop air cargo plans, book air waybills, and monitor flights as needed.
• Identify disruptions, propose alternatives, and escalate issues with clear details.
• Support drivers and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable service.
