Job summary

ADM is seeking a Lineboat Chief Engineer – ARTCO to manage repairs, engine room operations, and vessel maintenance under the Port Engineer and Captain.

This full-time exempt role requires TWIC, a flexible schedule (28 days on, 28 days off), and adherence to safety and USCG regulations. Base pay is $645 per day with overtime eligibility.

You will supervise junior engineers, maintain records, and use Maximo for ordering.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs, maintenance, engine room, and general housekeeping for the vessel
• Coordinate with Captain and officers for smooth vessel operation
• Keep detailed records for the assigned vessel
• Use Maximo for ordering supplies
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior engineering personnel
• Assist with vessel reports to comply with environmental, safety, and USCG regulations
• Report injuries, illnesses, and near misses promptly
• Perform additional duties as required
