Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company seeks a Line-X Coating Specialist to apply protective polyurea/polyurethane coatings to utility truck service bodies and related components. You will work in a controlled spray booth, ensuring high-wear areas are properly coated for abrasion, chemical resistance, and environmental durability.

The role requires precise masking of sensitive components, proper operation of multi-component spray systems, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial coating experience or polyurea spray experience.
• Ability to read product data sheets and application specifications.
• Experience with coating inspection and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming.
• Operate plural-component spray equipment and maintain equipment.
• Mix and apply polyurea/polyurethane coatings according to specs.
• Control coating thickness and finish quality across panels and platforms.
• Understand curing times, temperature and humidity effects on coatings.
• Maintain a clean spray booth and manage hazardous materials responsibly.
