TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Line X Specialist in Bethlehem, PA, to apply protective polyurea/polyurethane coatings to utility truck service bodies and aerial lift components. The role blends precision coating with heavy industrial processes, contributing to system longevity and safety.

The position requires hands-on coating application, substrate preparation, masking, and equipment maintenance within a spray booth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial coating, automotive refinishing, bedliner, or polyurea spray experience.
• Ability to read product data sheets and application specifications.
• Experience with coating inspection and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Substrate preparation & conditioning (35% of time).
• High-precision component masking (25% of time).
• Chemical application & spray operations (25% of time).
• Equipment maintenance & shop safety (15% of time).
