Job summary

LINE-X in Phoenix is seeking an automotive spray technician to prepare vehicles, apply LINE-X products to truck beds, and maintain accurate records. You will work closely with the Technical Lead and sales to review workload and ensure high-quality applications.

Ideal candidates have automotive experience, paint/body skills, and ability to operate modified vehicles, preferably with manual transmission, and can use power tools to disassemble components while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience with accessories and general knowledge.
• Paint and body experience (tape, prep, detail, sand).
• Must be able to operate modified vehicles, preferably manual.
• Must have understanding of general mechanics and accessories.
• Ability to use tools and power tools to disassemble vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Technical Lead and sales to review workload.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA and its requirements as they relate to safety
• Report parts and supplies needed for operation
• Stay current with new techniques and spray applications
• Maintain accurate daily records as instructed
• Prepare vehicles for application
• Properly apply LINE-X products to truck beds and any other scheduled applications as necessary and to meet specifications
• Follow safety measures prescribed by the manager
• Professional customer service
