TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Line Worker for the Manawa, WI site to support the Sugar Free Production team. You will operate and adjust line equipment, handle packaging, move materials, and assist with changeovers while maintaining quality checks.

The role runs 10:00pm–6:00am (Sun–Thu) with a $22.19 hourly wage plus a 3rd shift differential. This full-time position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate production documentation in a food manufacturing setting.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Sugar Free Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Setting up and adjusting line equipment
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $22.19 + 3rd shift differential. The hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday - Thursday.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
