PF Changs China Bistro in Boca Raton is hiring for Kitchen positions including Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef. Training is provided on the job, and there are opportunities for advancement as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable (assistance provided).
• Love for food with good eye for weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
• Strong customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate foods according to chef instructions.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing as needed.
• Maintain high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
