JOB SUMMARY:Liquid Bottling Line Support is responsible for assisting the Operator with ensuring that the production line is running smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Monitor bottling line equipment: Ensure machines are running efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that arise.• Quality control: Inspect bottles for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.• Packaging: Assist in the packaging and labeling of bottled products.• Safety compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of production and any issues encountered.• Monitor labeling and capping: Ensure that labels are placed properly on bottles and caps are securely fastened.• Pack bottles per instructions: Ensure that bottles are packed according to specified guidelines and instructions.SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES:• Requires competent English skills in the spoken word and in reading comprehension.• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.• Works under supervision.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:• High School Diploma or EquivalentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Must be able to stand on feet 8 hours a day.• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.• Must be able to work in an uncontrolled temperature environment.
