Job summary

Stanley Electric US is seeking a skilled Line Supply Team Leader in Ohio to manage on-floor stock and support production lines. You will train temporary staff, plan daily shopping routes, and ensure safe, efficient operation of PITs and line-side processes.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, coordinating with other shifts on production issues, and maintaining proper inventory control and line readiness for the next shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SUS Forklift/tugger certification or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of assembly lines and shopping routes is essential.
• Experience using Microsoft C.Core, Report Manager and Lotus Notes.
• Ability to adjust to swing shifts or shift changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-floor line supply to maintain stock levels for assembly lines.
• Coach and train temporary workers and associates for safe, efficient operations.
• Create daily shopping plans based on absenteeism and staffing needs.
• Address performance issues and enforce company policies.
• Coordinate with departments when safety or quality incidents occur.
• Ensure end-of-day status and request overtime when required.
