Job summary

FEAM Aero at JFK is seeking a Line Supervisor to oversee all line maintenance activities for wide-body aircraft. The role requires an A&P license and 2–3 years of line maintenance leadership experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, reporting delays, managing staffing, and ensuring customer schedules are met, while maintaining budget adherence and strict FAA/CFR compliance.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver’s license and an A&P license are required.
• Wide-body commercial aircraft experience required.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Line maintenance experience 2-3 years; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all line maintenance activities, ensuring requirements and customer schedules are met.
• Monitor departures, create delay reports, and mitigate future delays.
• Coordinate locally the efforts of Shift Managers and Customer Departments in maintenance, repair, overhaul, and alteration of aircraft.
• Review staff’s billing documentation to ensure all equipment, material, and manhours are accounted for.
• Ensure repair station is maintained clean and within budget goals.
• Ensure FAA/CFR rules and customer procedures are followed.
• Perform inspections of facility, tooling, equipment, and GSE to ensure compliance.
