Job summary

Vantage Aviation in Rifle, CO is seeking a Line Services Technician to provide ground support for arriving and departing aircraft, including fueling, ramp operations, and top-notch customer service. This role requires outdoor work and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in varying weather conditions.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing and math skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet, marshal, park, tow, and move aircraft in the ramp area.
• Fuel and defuel aircraft in accordance with company and safety procedures.
• Provide ground power and aircraft oil servicing, plus other standard ancillary services such as lavatory support.
• Assist passengers and flight crews with baggage and cargo handling.
• Operate and reposition passenger and crew vehicles as required.
• Perform routine quality control inspections of refueler vehicles.
• Reload and maintain fuel vehicles and complete required documentation.
• Ensure accurate record keeping related to fueling and line service activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and grounds, including building upkeep and lawn care.
• Perform deicing, snow, and ice removal from ramp areas and walkways.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
