Job summary

Cutter Aviation is seeking an energetic Line Service Technician to provide world-class customer service on the ramp, interfacing with pilots, passengers, and staff in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on fueling, equipment operation, and coordinating matters with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a readiness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional in appearance and mannerisms.
• Desire to be part of a team and develop rapport.
• One+ year experience at an FBO preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Fueling aircraft and general system servicing.
• Drive refueling trucks and towing equipment.
• Sell additional services or products.
• Towing and repositioning aircraft in and out of hangar.
• Ensure FAA and TSA rules are followed.
• Assist passengers and pilots with luggage and transport needs.
• Record units moved on daily production sheets.
• Read work orders and prepare materials for tasks.
• Provide information and assist customers at the ramp and on-field.
