Job summary

Revance is seeking a Packaging & Materials Associate to maintain supply of packaging for lines at the plant. You will verify components, stage materials, and move stock using pallet jacks or forklifts.

The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to work a 2nd shift with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining production time records, ensuring proper labeling and pallet patterns, and supporting the packaging department with various duties while using the Ross system to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify proper components and quantities staged to meet batch production needs.
• Communicate discrepancies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain adequate supply of packaging components.
• Maintain production time records for each packaging line.
• Verify legible shipper labels on the shipper.
• Verify correct pallet stacking pattern.
• Move completed skid/containers to designated areas with pallet jack or forklift.
• Ensure pallets are shrink wrapped.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist packaging department with other duties.
• Use Ross system.

Job Summary

Sun - Thurs 11:00 PM -07:30 AM

Responsibilities/Essential Duties

• Verify the proper components, and quantities of those components, have been staged to meet the needs of producing the batch
• Communicate any discrepancies in order to minimize the possibility of downtime
• Maintains adequate supply of packaging components throughout the packaging operation
• Maintains production time records for each packaging line
• Verify the appropriate and legible shipper label is on the shipper
• Verify the appropriate stacking pattern is being used on the pallet
• Moves completed skids or containers of completed stock to designated areas using either pallet jack or industrial lift truck
• Ensures each pallet of completed production is shrink wrapped
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation
• Assists packaging department in other assigned duties
• Use Ross system

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
