Job summary

Exec 1 Aviation is seeking a ramp/ground service professional to support customer service needs and aircraft handling at the hangar. You will assist with fueling, towing, parking, greeting arriving and departing aircraft, and coordinating with crew using radios.

Responsibilities include ramp safety checks, ground support tasks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for tenants and customers. Weekend shifts may be required; full-time opportunities exist as schedules allow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and aircraft ground handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service needs and coordinate with crew.
• Check ramp for loose chocks and pick them up.
• Clean charter planes when requested.
• Communicate with employees and crew using radios.
• Empty trash bins in hangar and front office.
• Fill fuel invoices and handle monetary transactions.
• Fuel aircraft for tenants, transient customers and Exec 1 aircraft.
• Guide, tow, park, greet and organize arriving/departing aircraft.
• Assist in snow removal and lawn maintenance.
• Maintain hangars and grounds upkeep.
• Perform runway/taxiway FOD checks.
• Provide service using ground support equipment (GPU, etc.).
• Coordinate with charter and transient aircraft for call-outs.
• Execute hand signals to guide aircraft on arrivals/departures.

Job description

The hours depend on the shift that is available. The position will be considered for full-time positions if they become available or additional weekend hours if available.

• Assist with customer service needs.
• Check ramp for loose chocks and pick them up.
• Clean our charter planes if asked.
• Communicate with employees and crew using radios.
• Empty trash bins in hangar and the front office (trash and recycle).
• Fill out fuel invoices when customers pay for fuel or services and handle the monetary transactions.
• Fuel aircraft for T Hangar tenants, transient customers and Exec 1 aircraft.
• Guide, tow, park, greet and organize aircraft that are arriving or departing from the ramp.
• Help assist in snow removal and lawn maintenance.
• Help with upkeep of the hangars and grounds.
• Perform runway / taxiway FOD checks.
• Provide service to aircraft using ground support equipment (ie. GPU and deicing).
• Responsible for guiding, towing, parking, greeting and organizing aircraft that's arriving or departing from the ramp
• Fuel aircraft for customers, T-hangar tenants, transient customers, and Exec 1 aircraft
• Perform quality control checks
