Job summary

Cutter Aviation in Albuquerque is hiring for a Line Service Technician (LST) to support ramp operations, fueling aircraft, move equipment, and assist passengers and crew. You will coordinate with pilots, passengers, and staff while following FAA/TSA rules and maintaining a high standard of customer service on busy tarmac and hangar areas.

The role emphasizes teamwork, outdoor work in varied weather, and adherence to safety procedures. On-the-job training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• No experience required; Cutter Aviation will provide paid on-the-job training.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent Customer Service, Organizational, Training, and Communication Skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Fueling aircrafts.
• General system servicing and cleaning.
• Drive refueling trucks and towing equipment.
• Solicit sale of new or additional services or products.
• Towing and repositioning aircraft in and out of hangar.

• Fueling aircrafts
• General system servicing and cleaning
• Drive refueling trucks and towing equipment
• Solicit sale of new or additional services or products
• Towing and repositioning aircraft in and out of hangar
• Use of proper FAA and TSA rules and regulations are followed
• Assisting passengers and pilots with luggage Load and unload and transportation needs
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Connect hoses and operate equipment to move liquid materials into and out of storage tanks on vessels
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs
• Confer with customers in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints
• Perform airfield management activities, which may include escorting passengers and or crew-member’s airfield via different traveling modes i.e. walking or driving of company vehicle
• Driving of passengers and or crew members on and off airfield to designation i.e. hotel, main airport, aircraft
• etc
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
