Tom Wood Aviation in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Line Service Technician to join our team at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport. Responsibilities include marshalling aircraft, fueling, ground transportation, and maintaining safety and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, aviation experience preferred, and must be available to work nights and weekends with a valid driver’s license. Our team emphasizes exceptional customer service and safe, efficient operations.

Responsabilidades

• Marshalling and parking aircraft, towing as needed.
• Fuel aircraft; ensure correct fuel levels and quality control.
• Tow aircraft and maintain ground support equipment.
• Greet pilots and crew; assist with baggage and ground transport.
• Inspect and maintain ground service equipment for safety.
• Refuel fuel trucks.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform building maintenance and stocking supplies.
• Deliver consistent customer service to aviation guests.

Tom Wood Aviation, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a Line Service Technician to become a valued member of our team at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport. As part of the Line Crew, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service to our esteemed guests.

Responsibilities:

• Marshalling arriving and departing aircraft, parking them safely, and towing as necessary.
• Performing aircraft fueling, ensuring accurate fuel levels and quality control.
• Towing of aircraft and maintaining equipment (trucks, tugs, golf cart, mower, etc.).
• Greeting pilots, passengers, and crew members; assisting with baggage handling; and providing ground transportation as needed.
• Conducting inspections and maintenance of ground support equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Refueling of fuel trucks.
• Adhering to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and aircraft.
• Maintenance of building (mowing lawn, snow removal, cleaning building, stocking of supplies).
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experience to all Aviation guests.

Qualifications:

• High School or Equivalent
• Aviation Experience Preferred
• Familiarity with airport procedures and safety regulations can be an asset.
• Must have availability to work nights and weekends
• Required-Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
