Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Winona, MN is seeking a Line Server for full-time and part-time shifts. The role involves assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and delivering items from the kitchen to residents. Shifts run 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., or 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

with pay between $15.00 and $16.00 per hour. This position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to HACCP/OSHA guidelines.

• Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
• Adhere to company food standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety including HACCP and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control.
• Clean work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Deliver food items to and from main kitchen.
• Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff.
• Cooperate with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Overview

Line Server (Full Time and Part Time) – Location: 175 West Mark Street, Winona, MN 55987. Online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pay range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour (depending on schedule and experience).
Position open immediately; applications accepted on an ongoing basis until all openings are filled.
