Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for final food preparation in accordance with standards, guidelines, and policies. May be directed by supervisors to ensure quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Prepare and serve food adhering to presentation, sanitation, safety (including HACCP and OSHA), and portion standards.
• Clean work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures; deliver food within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Exhibit professionalism with customers and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
