• Location: Atrium Macon - 777 Hemlock Street HB 141, Macon, GA 31201. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Two to three years of prior line service experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served, adhering to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, along with company policies. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager, or team leader to ensure quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Prepares and serves food and beverages according to company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety (HACCP, OSHA), and portion control.
• Cleans work areas and equipment used in food prep and service.
• Follows all safety and sanitation procedures. Delivers food to and from the kitchen.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment.
• Cooperates with other departments to perform duties.
• Exhibits professionalism with customers and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
